“Our cooking workshop was a well-curated and memorable experience from start to finish. We were invited into the kitchen to assist with the preparation of lunch. Working at different stations allowed us to follow the full process, with clear explanations and opportunities to taste along the way.

Lunch offered a variety of beautifully prepared dishes. Desserts, petit fours, and coffee were packed for a private boat tour through Giethoorn. We enjoyed a tour through the stunning surroundings, guided by Martin. After checking into a cozy and stylish room, the day concluded with an excellent dinner. ”

“Our visit to the Lindenhof was wonderful and delicious. We learned a lot in a relaxed atmosphere. We had great conversations, and a lovely boat journey through Giethoorn. It’s something we highly recommend to everyone. Martin is a host pur sang, and a top chef. The rest of the kitchen staff was also very hospitable.”

“Bearleader Donato di Nunzio made us feel instantly at home. He took us on a three-hour hike through the stunning Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, one of the best-protected parks in Europe. We enjoyed amazing Abruzzo wines, local cheeses, and delicious homemade Italian food. We spotted plenty of wildlife like chamois and deer—and we’re already planning to come back in September for another shot at seeing bears and wolves!”
