  • An unlisted Hotel Journey is a fully curated multi-day stay at an exceptional hotel, enriched with unique experiences, delivered by the hotel and a tastemaker - a Bearleader. Beyond the public offering of the hotel. Bookable on request privately or with a small group.

  • Bearleaders Travel B.V. is officially accredited by IATA (Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS) under number 96228801.

  • A ‘bearleader’ is a well-travelled person with taste, a connaisseur in their own field: Michelin Star Chefs, Artists, Designers, Hoteliers, Owners etc.. They are the insiders of the destination, and your hosts at the destination. Most ‘bearleaders’ are working at our partner hotels, or they are connected to the hotel. The name ‘bear-leader’ was the nickname for the first travel guides in European travel history, during the Grand Tour in the 17th-19th century.

  • Yes, most Hotel Journeys are perfect for small groups like friends, family, management boards, clients or colleagues.

  • Yes, upon availability. Bearleaders Hotel Journeys can be booked on any available date on request.

  • Yes you can.

  • Bearleaders Hotel Journeys are offered only via our newsletter and via trusted B2B partners, beyond the public offering of the hotel.

  • No not the entire time. It is an enriched stay at a hotel, but it is enriched with a unique experience, and hosted by an insider who is connected to the hotel: Owner, Michelin Star Chef, GM, Sommelier etc.

  • You have to send a request first, because Bearleaders Hotel Journeys are unique, curated with care, and exclusively offered by Bearleaders and our B2B trade partners (not publicly).

  • Your payment is made at our hotel partner.

  • In case the hotel has to cancel the experience or the stay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be reimbursed according to their cancellation policy.

  • No, we don’t. Bearleaders doesn’t book your flights or transport, but we can revert you to a travel advisor who can. Our hotel partners can arrange a transfer from and to the airport if needed. In some cases this is even included.

  • It doesn’t matter where you are based.

  • Bearleaders Travel B.V. is an official registered company, but we are not a travel agency in the traditional sense of the word. We specialize in the curation and B2B distribution of Hotel Journeys and Events.
