About | Michelin-starred chef Marius Bosmans is the driving force behind the restaurant Arden at Chateau de Vignee. He is passionate about vegetables and started working at Arden after gaining experience at Hertog Jan, Boury, and Nuance. His experience gives him an eye for detail and a feeling for successful ingredient combinations. He masters the seasons, serving only the best nature has to offer.

A pure, terroir-driven cuisine, partly picked from the castle’s greenhouse and kitchen garden. Uncomplicated, but bursting with life and brimming with expression.

Achievements | Gault&Millau Young Chef of the Year for Wallonia 2024, and a Michelin Star in 2022.
