About | Ferry van Houten is founder and owner of Casa Coline in Javea, chef and DJ. He travels regularly for inspiration and relaxation to Southern Europe (Spain, Balearics, Italy, Franc and prefers a winter holiday in South-East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, China). Whenever he visits another country, Ferry does not only visit high-end 5-star-plus hotels and Michelin Star Restaurants, he is also always on a quest for the places he calls his ‘little gems of travelling’.

Achievements | Ferry founded the restaurant Het Bosch in Amsterdam, which his son now runs. Since 2023, he opened Casa Coline, a small luxury boutique B&B in Javea, Spain, with his wife. Ferry invites many chefs to join him for four-hand dinners and exciting hosted experiences.

Charities supported | K.I.D.S. FOUNDATION, raises funds to shelter and support more than a hundred street kids in Vietnam and gives them education and opportunities in life.
